Jared & Kat

I am going to try and get better at posting a new post at least every couple of weeks. I just got done working 11 days in a row, so I have been a bit rundown the last week and half. Here is what we have been up to:

Jared started school last Wednesday. He is taking Gen Chem 2, Biochemistry (plus lab), and Physics 2 (plus lab). He will still be working 32 hours a week, volunteering at PCMC, and fitting in a couple more shadowing sessions to get in his 100 hours. He is going to be busy guy!

Jared and I talked a lot about whether we should take out a student loan for myself (our first one!) or not go to school for a couple of semesters. After much diliberation we decided to do the loan and I started school yesterday. This way I will be done in about 2 1/2 years with summers off. Yahoo!

We are in the process of getting out of our current lease so we can move a few blocks to a bigger place! My grandpa's duplex became available earlier than expected so we are working things out with our landlord to get someone else in our current location. We are hitting some road blocks with him, but all will be well in the end. My grandpa's place needs some TLC, but we should have it looking nice in about a month. It will be so nice to have an extra room for our computer and my sewing machine! And a little yard! The little joys in life :)
